We have released the ECU tuning stage1 for the new 124 Abarth.

The car uses the same engine 1.4 MultiAir 170hp we have already seen on other models of FIAT range, but in this version we detected a lower power compared to the Abarth declared value.

The stock car is capable of 158hp (with 95RON fuel). After our stage1 the power rises to 183hp and 279Nm of torque.

The benefit of the tune are impressive especially at mid-high rpms, and you can immediately feel the difference with the stock car.

The stage1 tune for the new SUV from Maserati is already available.

The diesel version uses the same engine of Ghibli and the results achieved are very similar: 307hp and 663Nm.

After the tune the car feels lighter as a consequence of the increased torque. The engine response is faster and more satisfying; also at the high rpms the improvement is really noticeable.

The stage1 for the AMG GT S and C 63 AMG is now available.

The engine of the C AMG and the GT is the same but with different calibration from the factory. The GT gives its best at the higher rpm, the C has more low end torque.

The software upgrade transforms the performance: 605hp and 730Nm of torque.

The results you see in the Dyno Graph are obtained on a full stock car. The stage2 is already available for cars with sport exhaust system.

BIESSE Racing ECU stage1 for the new Honda Civic type – R 2016 has been released and tested on Dyno.

The stock car is capable of 316hp and 425Nm, a little bit more than declared values from Honda. The tested vehicle fits cat-back exhaust system and Piper Cross race intake.

The stage1 calibration unleash the power of the i-VTEC engine with 352hp and 479Nm. The torque curve remains as smooth as the stock car but with stronger delivery at mid-high rpms.

You can find in the photo gallery the lambda values comparison between stock and tuned car. The ECU upgraded car remains stable to 0,75 to optimize air fuel ratio.

The successor of the glorious 458 Italia is the first of the new Ferrari turbo age. The 488 GTB maintains the V8 architecture of previous versions adding two two parallel ball-bearing twin-scroll turbochargers.

This amazing piece of machine has already impressed the world with its stock performance by destroying the 458 acceleration figures. Notwithstanding the amazing stock power the turbo engine creates new possibilities in tuning field.

Our aim was to develop a tuning file to improve the performance preserving the drivability on the road. We achieved the goal with a linear power delivery following the stock torque curve, but with bigger numbers:

734hp instead of  670hp as stock and 836Nm vs 760Nm.

The ECU stage1 take the car to hyper-car level. Contact us for more information.

The tuning Stage1 for the top of the 991 range has been released.

The 3.8 liters is well known as one of the most impressive engine on the market place, but in spite of its stock quality the performance can still be increased with a proper software tuning.

The stock car is capable of 560hp and 700Nm of torque and we can confirm that after the dyno test of the stock car. The Turbo S in the firsts test is even more powerful with over 570hp (100RON fuel).

The Stage1 tuned car now reaches 611hp and an impressive 872Nm of torque (100RON fuel).

The “normal” mk1 Turbo version can get the same upgrade, because the only difference between the two versions is the software calibration by Porsche.

The first thing you’ll notice driving the tuned car is the torque increase at the lower rpms, that makes the car extremely fast in all gears.

With proper traction condition the 991 Turbo S can hit 100 km/h in 2.6 seconds.

For all the 991 range is already available the new tool BIESSE Flasher, the device which makes you able to switch the original and modified software calibration by your own.

Land Rover has recently updated the diesel engines of the Evoque range / Discovery Sport model year 2016, retiring to the well-known 2.2 -liter in favor of a new generation 2.0 liter all-aluminum construction. The new engine is available in two configurations : 150 and 180 horses.

The tune have already been developed for both versions, but we dedicated particular attention to the 150hp version ; that since the first test is lacking in performance.

With the tuned file, the 150hp, reaches and even exceeds the performance of the big sister 180hp ; reaching 188hp as max power.

The modification improves the power delivery under all aspects , and also benefits of a 80Nm torque increase since 2200 rpm.

Our mapping also include the removal of the speed limiter on all versions.

The speed limiter deactivation is now available on all models Land Rover 2.0,2.2 and 3.0 of the Range Rover and Range Rover Sport .

THE BIESSE FLASHER IS ALREADY AVAILABLE ON EVOQUE AND DISCOVERY SPORT 2.0!

New updates on tuning files for the Land Rover product range are coming soon.

The step1 software for the new ST is already available

The stock power of 185cv is confirmed by our dyno and with the tuning file increases of 20hp.

The torque benefit of 65Nm giving a strong pull very noticeable in road driving.

We have finally released an important upgrade for the Abarth 500 m.y. 2015/2016 135hp with the ECU BOSCH ME 17.3.

The stage 2 involve the fitting of the bigger turbo from the 180hp version, the turbo GT1446.

The tuned car reaches the amazing power of 197hp and 326Nm of torque.

The components necessary for the stage2 tuning are:

  • Turbo version 180hp (GT1446)
  • Downpipe from the 180hp or aftermarket component with 200cell catalytic converter
  • Turbo oil lines adjustment
  • ECU tune

The performance improvement is extremely tangible, the car gains over 60hp, so after stage2 nobody will call again the little Abarth “entry level”.

The software development have required lot of attempts to proper install the 180hp software version in the 135hp ECU, also lot of Dyno tests have been necessary to complete the ECU tune.

Soon the details of price of the package.

Take a look of the Dyno test comparison between a stock 135hp Abarth and the Stage2 car:
