--smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 495\/400;\" \/><\/div><\/a><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-1fkx781-a3f7f59c7b19c38f8a57c0498c0cdb3d\">\n.flex_column.av-1fkx781-a3f7f59c7b19c38f8a57c0498c0cdb3d{\nborder-radius:0px 0px 0px 0px;\npadding:0px 0px 0px 0px;\n}\n<\/style>\n<div  class='flex_column av-1fkx781-a3f7f59c7b19c38f8a57c0498c0cdb3d av_one_full  avia-builder-el-2  el_after_av_one_full  el_before_av_one_half  first flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding  column-top-margin'     ><section  class='av_textblock_section av-k4eev5et-dcc22a7fca4bb04620c3951506275567 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Dopo aver sviluppato l&#8217;elaborazione software gestione motore per l&#8217;ultima 991, la GT3 RS mk2, <strong>passiamo al nuovo capitolo della 911 nella sua ultima versione, la 992.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il modello che abbiamo utilizzato per lo sviluppo \u00e8 una nuovissima <strong>992 4S, dotata di 450cv e 530Nm e dell&#8217;optional Sport Exhaust della casa.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>La nuova 911 Carrera mantiene la configurazione 3.0 litri biturbo in combinazione con il cambio PDK<\/strong>, che per questa generazione passa da 7 ad 8 rapporti.<\/p>\n<p>Buona parte del tempo speso nella messa a punto \u00e8 stato investito proprio sul funzionamento del cambio, in particolare<strong> abbiamo cercato la miglior gestione della curva di coppia<\/strong> per evitare di sollecitare eccessivamente le frizioni del cambio PDK. Abbiamo notato che con un ingresso in coppia troppo aggressivo, soprattuto con valori oltre i 635Nm, il pacco frizioni rischiava di dover sopportare un carico di lavoro eccessivo. I nostri tecnici hanno quindi lavorato sull&#8217;ingresso in coppia per renderlo meno impegnativo per il cambio, restando al di sotto dei 620Nm di coppia motrice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La potenza massima ottenuta \u00e8 di 535 cavalli<\/strong>, valore che viene mantenuto anche dopo molteplici test di potenza senza perdere cavalli per stress termico, questo \u00e8 un ottimo risultato considerando che la vettura rispetta le normative Euro 6D-Temp e pertanto monta il filtro antiparticolato per benzina (OPF\/GPF). La presenza di un sistema antinquinamento cos\u00ec restrittivo implica temperature dei gas di scarico (EGT) pi\u00f9 elevate, ma i tecnici Porsche hanno fatto un lavoro egregio nella costruzione di questo sistema, lasciando un margine sufficiente per ottenere<strong> ben 73cv effettivi in pi\u00f9 rispetto ai 462cv che l&#8217;auto ha erogato su banco in configurazione completamente stock.<\/strong> Un aiuto nel mantenimento della potenza costante con temperature elevate \u00e8 certamente anche il nuovo posizionamento degli intercooler, che ora sono subito sotto la presa d&#8217;aria dietro il lunotto posteriore. Per notare un leggero calo di potenza abbiamo dovuto spingerci ad oltre 300 km\/h con numerosi lanci su banco.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Come avrete notato nella galleria abbiamo pubblicato anche il valore di potenza alla ruota.<\/strong> In Europa il valore di potenza alla ruota non \u00e8 molto popolare, siamo pi\u00f9 abituati a valutare i cavalli motore.<br \/>\n<strong>Quello che non tutti sanno \u00e8 che ogni banco prova legge solo ed esclusivamente i valori di potenza alla ruota<\/strong>, a cui viene poi applicato un fattore di correzione con cui si ottengono i cavalli motore. Il fattore di dissipazione viene calcolato lasciando scorrere l&#8217;auto sui rulli del banco in folle a forte velocit\u00e0, in questo caso il banco misura quanta potenza viene assorbita dalla meccanica dell&#8217;auto,<strong> in modo da ottenere correttamente i cavalli erogati all&#8217;albero motore.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ora qualcuno si star\u00e0 chiedendo il perch\u00e9 di questa precisazione.<\/strong> La risposta \u00e8 che leggendo i valori pubblicati da alcuni nostri competitor, proprio sulla 992, non ci spieghiamo come gli appassionati non possano aver notato la differenza del valore di potenza dichiarato con quello che, inspiegabilmente, \u00e8 stato pubblicato come valore alla ruota. In alcuni casi si tratta di potenze dissipate superiori ai 130cv, cosa assolutamente non confermata dal nostro banco e dalle pi\u00f9 semplici basi di meccanica, visto che notoriamente le 911 hanno una potenza dissipata molto bassa grazie alla loro configurazione con motore posteriore.<\/p>\n<p>Questo purtroppo confonde le idee agli appassionati ed anche ai possessori che sono intenzionati ad elaborare il loro nuovo gioiello. Per la cronaca la potenza alla ruota che abbiamo rilevato \u00e8 di 490cv, con un fattore di dissipazione molto basso, addirittura uguale o inferiore al 9%.
